use thisAdvice_seeker1. said:Hi can I ask where I will find the template mentioned to appeal the same fine ?This is an appeal by the registered keeper - No driver details will *ever* be given. Please do not bother with your known fishing expedition in an attempt to get driver details. It is known parking firms do this to try and get around the fact when there is no keeper liability in play. (and never can be under POFA)Due to this being airport land you will be well aware there is NO keeper liability due to the byelaws in force and thus not relevant land.As there is NO keeper liability then liability cannot flow from the driver to the keeper and thus is an auto win @ POPLA. Please therefore cancel the notice or issue a POPLA code where you will auto withdrawIf you waste your time asking for driver details this will be ignored and you will still lose at POPLA if you dont cancel the PCNSo let's save my time and yours and cancel this PCN you simply cannot win this (and you know it)2 -

I have just received a fine from the parking people at Manchester Airport in the form of a letter from a debt collection agency. They are demanding £170 and this was received yesterday 25/09/25. The incident took place 6 months ago. I am the registered keeper of this vehicle but I moved address 3 years ago from a temporary address and only updated my driving license address believing this was the address used for any traffic offences. I failed to update my V5 reg document which still had this temporary address on it. Consequently I did not know anything about this as they must have sent the original fine to my old address of 3 years ago. I do not know who was driving the car as it is used by my ex- wife and two others. I think this charge is totally unfair and wondered how I can appeal, if at all?
