Another Smart Parking Court Case - Is it OK to admit to being the driver in this case?

Hi chaps
My father's now received the Directions Questionnaire. I've completed the online version per the excellent instructions on this forum (thank you!)
Regarding the signature, can I just type his name in the box (I've got the claimants completed N180, and they have just done this)? Or does it need to be printed out and physically signed, then re-scanned? Or is there any other way?
Also, the court is the Civil National Business Centre; do I email the form to DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk ?

Sorry for the delay, but the update is that we have a mediation appointment in late February.
I'm the nominated representative for my dad.
I'm minded to say that, in the circumstances, my father doesn't believe he shoudl pay anything and therefore I offer nothing (or £0). Is that an acceptable position to take?1 -

Yes but you know that already because there are no less than three 'what to say at mediation' examples linked in the 8 steps.weby72 said:Sorry for the delay, but the update is that we have a mediation appointment in late February.
