    What a busy day I've had - hardly stopped.

    Got a little break so thought I'd pop on here and catch up for a bit.

    The OP came off my mortgage balance so it was lovely to see that go down.

    It's now around £34k.

    Been thinking I've got so much stuff in this house that I could sell then use the money to make extra OPs. Will get the place tidied up and start digging through a cupboard at a time.
