Indeed, can't say I was aware of it (obvs!). Staff members' names and actions were mentioned factually in the thread about the Cynergy bond maturity mess a month or so ago and I'm sure elsewhere too. Will keep in mind for the future and only reference them as an anonymous entity. Thx.flaneurs_lobster said:

The actions I wanted and confirmed by the second staff member were all actioned today, £200 to open a second RS3, £1k + interest into my TA Issue 7, (the online process would only allow my original RS3 to be selected for the latter for some bizarre reason).0
