Principality RS 6 Month Maturity Issue

I posted this in the RS Discussion Thread originally a few days ago but it got a bit swamped by the MonBS discussions.
Principality 6 Month RS Iss 2, mine matures 3/9. Also have EA Iss 7, Christmas RS and 6 Month RS Iss 3.
Maturity option selected to convert the RS Iss 2 into (another) RS Iss 3 at 7.5% AER fixed and pay in £200 on 3/9. Balance of £1k + interest selected pay into different Principality account, dropdown only offered existing RS Iss 3! I selected that in order to progress but clearly not possible as limited to £200 pcm (and that will have gone in on 1/9). Have sent secure message requesting change destination of mat balance to EA.
Anyone else had this anomaly?

Haven't seen this before. I would contact them directly through their secure messages feature to get this sorted in advance of the headache of it not being accepted by the RS Iss.3. I have seen their forms sometimes not fully load but if you've sent these instructions you won't be able to change yourself on principality online and it may be that principality will contact you if their systems pick up that this maturity option won't workmebu60 said:I posted this in the RS Discussion Thread originally a few days ago but it got a bit swamped by the MonBS discussions.Principality 6 Month RS Iss 2, mine matures 3/9. EDIT: Somehow missed the last line of your message. My mistake but hope you get sorted. Have left my message incase someone else has had this problem.1 -
I have a nominated account set up. That's not the issue here. They offer an option to pay into another Principality account but the dropdown didn't include a valid account.Stargunner said:

How about open a online easy access just for the transfer?mebu60 said:

Or would the regular saver turn to easy access automatically when mature?0 -
I have EA Issue 7. That is what I am wanting them to do but the dropdown only offered my existing RS3.Cisco001 said:

My second issue 3 will open on the 28th. Had letter to confirm this.
Just made my choice when maturing options were available online.
In 14 days I hope to set up a third issue 3.
Not had the issues others have had.

You've repeated both staff member's names again.Well done for likely getting a member of staff in trouble by naming them
Perhaps both @mebu60 and yourself could edit/delete?1 -
Oops. Didn't realise it was repeated in the post!flaneurs_lobster said:

Maybe time for MSE Mods to repeat the Guidance/Rules on naming staff members in posts, to wit, don't.0 -

I wasn't worried about repeating someone's name for doing the job correctly. But I'll redact it anywayflaneurs_lobster said:
