How did you manage that? I tried to arrange transfer from Virgin to Shawbrook and Virgin wouldn't allow it as it wasn't within 15 days of the end of the ISA0 -
Gobigorgohome said:Thanks everyone. I need to find a new isa. Where best to check for the best rates. There is one with virgin at 4.14% but that allows new money only within 30days. I will be getting a big payout in November so I need isa that will allow me to add money later even if I open it now. I don’t want to leave it in easy access isa they automatically Transferred to because that is only 1.24%wmb194 said:Gobigorgohome said:Thanks everyone. I need to find a new isa. I also missed the maturity deadline for Virgin's FRISA, but I've just been online and I think the rates still on offer are the same as they would have been if you'd clicked through on their 'Maturity Options' email:
Defined Access Cash E-ISA Variable rate of: 4.06% for the first three withdrawals, followed by a variable rate of 1.25%
or
1 Year Fixed Rate Cash E-ISA Issue Fixed rate of: 4.16%
The only difference is that if you transfer 'late' then the Fixed Rate expiry becomes Sept 2026.
