It seems to run OK for me with that much on this laptop that has an unsupported i3 processor (and SSD replacing the spinny disk) and that's with integrated iris graphics using some.
I believe I do have a spare memory slot but really have to question if it is worth upgrading to 16GB with another matched stick?0 -

In the end i got a 16Gb RAM laptop.
In task manager RAM is currently at 48% with only a handful of tabs open, glad i went with the 16gb0 -
As I understand it "Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021" is not intended for general purpose computing.
Should the OP think of using it on their computer, they would do well to research the drawbacks, limitation's and costs of using it.1 -
How much does the LTSC licence cost?I ask because it’s possible to buy a perfectly decent Win11 pc with 16GB of RAM for around £120.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0

However if you have 16Gb of memory and 50% memory usage in Task Manager, it looks like Windows is sucking up memory like there's no tomorrow. Technically true, but its disposable usage.1 -

Also you can install Win11 IoT LTSC on older machines

On another note, Office 2016 and Office 2019 also reach end of life this year. And the constituent parts.
In my view this is more of a potential security issue than running Windows 10 for a a year extra. Given how often documents are exchanged.
Options are upgrade to Office 2024 or 365. Or use one of the alternatives.0 -
