Threats of a ccj if you ignore a private parking charge.If you dont need and never have had a credit card a ccj is worthless..If you dont need and will never need a loan a ccj is worthless...If you dont have and will never have a mortgage a ccj is worthless..if your a self employed individual and they want to take payment from your payroll they can't and a ccj is worthless..if it affects chances of future employment it wont if your a self employed individual and a ccj is worthless..so just how can you demand payment from an unamed driver? You can't.. threats of debt collectors is scaremongering,they have no right to clamp your car,remove goods or threaten you..they have no proof you are the driver of the car and to presume so is illegal,you can't accuse someone or prove they are guilty if they have no evidence...police wont get involved if you just ignore your ticket as this is a civil matter....you wont go to crown court thats also scaremongering...

They say it can affect you getting a phone contract,simple way to bypass this either buy your own phone and buy a rolling sim no contract or if you already have a contract you can transfer your number to a monthly sim no contract so the ccj is worthless..

They say you can't rent a property,doesn't apply if you already are in a rented property does it and the fact you have never missed a rent payment,have a healthy bank account and are a fantastic Tennant already will not affect you.

You can not be refused a job if you are self employed can you,so the ccj doesn't apply.

Don't panic dont stress,dont worry,ignore ignore ignore.You are always innocent until proven guilty and they can not prove you are the driver.

so Nexus what next..carry on sending more harassing letters to people,wasting your time..stand your ground people,you can't be arrested,you wont go to prison.

Companies like this need closing down.
