Parking Firm (including DPO) and Legal /Debt Recovery Email addresses

It would seem a good idea to get all relevant email addresses in one place for parking firms so will kick of with CEL
If people can add any to this with the company name and email address would be much appreciated

Actually something for the Code of Practice perhaps; PPC's and their agents must provide a working email address at all times.

We've removed some posts.

Please only post email addresses if they are official customer service contacts that are clearly intended for public use. It's usually best to also link directly to the page where the email is published so that we can confirm if necessary.

If an email address looks like it might be intended for internal use only - as one example, if it contains a person’s name - it may be removed.

I definitely agree that all companies should provide mandatory contact details including a working,  monitored email address for replies,  documents etc, not voluntary,  but compulsory in this day and age 

If its good enough for the CNBC and the courts, it's good enough for all companies too, same as they have to provide DPO details etc

Well that was a damp squib!

Whilst I agree in principle - I don't think knowing and sharing the names of particular individuals in roles that critical to a public-centred approach (such as head of customer services) is incorrect, nor those directly responsible for a business practice or approach (i.e. Hurley or Smales). The one's I shared were not internal use only.....they were received in comms between myself and that person, and as such don't see why one could not directly approach them in their specific roles - the only way I was able to originally gain some of those emails also was through public sources, the rest were emails from those individuals...

@ChirpyChicken - not sure we can do much else than the boring info @ emails...not really what you had in mind?

Well, that's just weird surely as he heads up a company that is responsible for an independent review (ahem) of parking invoices charges

Yes those at the IPC etc and various parking firms like to think they are uncontactable
