Car park securities 4 minute overstay

Hello again!

Three years ago I challenged and won the battle, and here I am again.  I have another PNC for an overstay of 4 minutes.  I have evidence on my parking app of the time i paid for and the letter from them which says what time I left. I moved house last month and i guess I must have missed the initial letter, as I now have a reminder that has come via redirection and was apparently posted on the 4th of August, which means of course, i have missed the window to appeal.  Given the fact that we're talking about a 4 minute overstay, well within the grace period, and that a house move lead to me missing the appeal period, should I contact them?  Or should I just kick back and wait for the PCN dance to begin?

Thanks in advice!

    @Carmel73

    Did you go and pick up the missing PCN from your previous address yet? We'd like to see it but not the reminder and not the laughable £170 threatograms that follow!

    It cannot be for 4 minutes overstay. Impossible.

    PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    (2)The notice must—

    (a)specify the vehicle, the relevant land on which it was parked and the period of parking to which the notice relates;

    There is no indication of how long the overstay was, which is exactly why the legislation requires it if they want to hold the keeper liable.

    Could have been 1 second for all you know going off the letter.

    From the times on the photos it looks like i entered the car park at 12.07 and left at 13.19, it seems it took me 8 minutes to buy a ticket, could they be trying to get me for being 3 minutes over the consideration period?

    Wondering if I should ask them to reopen the appeal window based on the fact I didn't get the letter.
