Have 3 parking fines from Euro Parking, £450, now baillff letter what now?

I have business by Sainbusys so use there car park daily, over a year have 3 fines, I had the voucher but the parking went over by 30 mins. I now received this letter for £450, debt recovery. What should I do now?
I thought parking was invoices, an nothing can be done. But now the letter looks serious.

That's not a bailiff letter even though their company name includes that word. It's the same as the DCB threatogram already pictured in post 4 of NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST. Only yours is for 3 x PCNs (plus 3x the fake debt recovery fees that must be banned).

You will get a LBC from DCB Legal next, then a claim form to defend.

Have you missed all the threads about DCB Legal Euro Car Parks court claims? They are invoices but invoices can be sued over; they (ECP) are litigious now.

Obviously no paying, so please don't ask that!

Read the MSE GUIDE linked at the top of the page. It's one of 2 banners with 'MSE Link' in red next to them. It is easy to understand each stage by reading the new MSE Guide.

Come back to the forum when a claim form arrives but in the meantime...this month, we need you:

PLEASE bookmark this thread below and do the government's Public Consultation if you haven't done it yet. Their proposals are wrong. We must stop them.

    See this thread: -

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6617396/parking-code-of-practice-consultation-8-weeks-from-11th-july-2025/p1

We need every poster to come back & complete this vital Consultation before the deadline! Just 2 weeks left but please don't rush it. You can do some then save it and come back to it as you have time.

We understand that you may need some pointers. It looks laborious, we get that.

So to try to help, I've written some guidance on that thread.

Any questions on the Consultation please ask - on the dedicated thread - but I've covered up to question 20 already in that first post, openly telling everyone what I'm going to put and/or what sort of evidence you might wish to use for your response, if you agree with what we'll be saying from our experience.

Whilst your answers must of course be your own, there are vital points to safeguard motorists interests to make, that many people may not think of without our guidance because we see cases every day and we know the legal background.

However, people like you have lived & breathed the intimidation, greed and unfairness first hand so your voice is needed!

    OK thanks for your help.

But I also have another letter from a different fine, which says Letter Before Action.

Right. That one is covered in post 2 of NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST. This one also leads to a claim form. CEL are just as litigious as ECP.

Sounds like you need to read that post (which I won't link. See my signature below) as well as reading the official MSE Guide to get your head around it.

Then once you have fought one of your battles by responding to the CEL LBC (which needs the response in post 2 of the NEWBIES thread, whereas the DCB threatograms are to be ignored for now)...

...please then take time to join us in the war:
