So I’ve today received a Notice of Proposed Allocation to the Small Claims Track letter from the Civil National Business Centre. Is this expected?
There is an enclosed form to complete from the tribunals service and any advice on what to do next would be appreciated.Thanks0 -

Thanks for your help so far. Just to be clear, I only need to email the N180 to the courts with a copy to the claimant or should I post it also?
thanks0 -
Email only, one email, one attachment, 2 destination email addresses, ( no post )
No courts are involved yet, send to the CNBC ( as you mentioned earlier ) and lawyers
Put the paperwork in a binder or drawer
I suggest that you change your thread title to something more suitable like

I’ve got a mediation call booked for 3 weeks time. This morning I’ve just had DCB Legal try to call me as they’ve received my defence. I assume I can now just ignore these thieves and let the courts handle it until they discontinue?0

Answered already in the 8 steps you should be following in the defence template thread in announcements
No need to assume, its all part of the game3 -
Mediation call all went fine.
DCB been trying to call me regularly with the auto messages which I’ve ignored.
Today received Notice of Transfer of Proceedings saying the claim has been transferred to the County Court in Canterbury (miles away from me) for allocation.
I couldn’t see reference to this step on the defence template but is this still the general approach from DCB before they discontinue?
if I do have to face them in court, will it have to be in Canterbury or can I ask them to move it somewhere more local to me?
thanks as always1 -
Yes DCB Legal try to get a payment before they discontinue.
