Spusu Mobile. Customer Service Email no response

Have several Spusu sims in the family. 18 months ago when I took these out their customer service by email was very good, usually sorting problems same day. I've been trying to get a response by email, every day for 6 days and absolutely nothing. Has anyone had any luck with office@spusu.co.uk. or is it defunct? If they are not using it why quote it as a contact method on their website?

I like the idea of being able to get a cheap service on the EE network but have resisted the urge to switch to Spusu because they don't have an established reputation.
If I was you, I'd look at your options with other mobile networks.  I'm happy with Talkmobile and my partner is happy with ID mobile.  Maybe these networks could be options for you?
