Parking ticket dispute with Alliance Parking despite buying a JustPark ticket

Hello,
A driver is looking for next steps for this situation.
The driver was then send a 'Parking Charge Notice' on 23rd November 2021 stating that 'the vehicle was not 'displaying a valid ticket for inspection' and that the driver needs to pay the fee.
The driver then disputed the claim, providing the evidence of payment with bank statements and screenshots from the Just Park app, clearly showing that a ticket was purchased for the correct time period.
Alliance Parking responded with a letter rejecting the appeal. The driver then ignored the letter until one was received a few years later from from Moorside Legal trying to recover the fine. The driver then followed the instructions to appeal again with the same evidence.
Moorside Legal then responded saying:
“The evidence provided is insufficient. The pcn was issued because no valid ticket was displayed at the time of inspection on the 17/11/2021 at Barnfields Car Park PL27 7SE St Issey PL27 7SE. By entering and parking the vehicle on our client's private land, you agreed to enter into a contract with our client and to be bound by the terms and conditions of that contract. The terms and conditions were clearly displayed in prominent places. Due to your failure to comply with the terms and conditions, our client has issued the PCN.
Considering the evidence, we are satisfied that the PCN has been issued in line with industry standards and is compliant with the International Parking Community’s (IPC) code of practice. The signage of the car park also complies with the International Parking Community’s Code of Practice.”
They also provided a screenshot proving their end that a Justpark ticket was purchased for the correct time period, but also photo of an Alliance parking sign from the car park from the night in question that doesn’t mention digital tickets being an option.
Basically what has happened is that the driver bought a digital ticket so it is impossible to display that physically, and they have used that as a reason to fine the driver. But there is clear Justpark signage in the carpark too, they just didn’t photograph that sign. The driver does not have a photo of the JustPark signage from the night but has one from a more recent date. But surely it is obvious that if you can pay by Justpark then you can’t provide a physical ticket and that you shouldn’t have to? And that there obviously is Justpark signage there otherwise it would be impossible to purchase one.
Please advise on next steps for this driver.

Next steps are to now do nothing until (or indeed if) a court claim is sent out.2
