Having not responded to a Brtol Airport PCN I got to the point of a 'ccj' precdure starting. I Submited a DQ N180 form twice to both claiment and CNBC and now I have a 'Judgment For Claimant (in default)' saying I have not replide to the claim form? and demanding £291.67.
I thought a cort hearing would be next, whats hapening?

Complain immediately to the CNBC. It should get aside for free. Provide evidence you sent it
Did you get an auto reply if so send that if not provide proof via your sent email folder. Its very common

Do NOT pay it.
The CNBC will sort it out and you do not need to do an application or pay a fee. Keep chasing it daily or similar.
Also email HMCTS complaints, to step in.
While you are waiting, bookmark the Public Consultation if you haven't done it yet. See this thread:

We need every poster to come back & complete this vital Consultation before the deadline. Just 2 weeks left.
I'm taking a closer look this week and we'll walk you through it. I should have all the first post 'how to respond to each question' advice ready by the end of this week. There are vital points to safeguard motorists interests to make, that many people won't think of/need focus.
There won't be a template - the survey is for you to reply in your words - but we'll help everyone with what to focus on.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
