It was issued 6th August 2025.
I've noticed that 2 of the 3 PCNs seem to have been issued more than 14 days after the alleged incident. Is this what not complying with POFA 2012 means?
It can do , if no windscreen PCNs were issued1 -

Yeah, it was all done by ANPR. Would that bit about not complying with POFA 2012 go in 'paragraph 3'?
I'm struggling with the defence tbh. I can't seem to find anything on the forum specifically relating to a July/August defence against smart parking and I just don't have the knowledge to know what to keep and change in the template. My head's a mess!0 -
