Virgin Fixed ISA terms depend on your sort code

May be useful for some - easily missed I think.  If your isa has sort code starting 08 you have 30 days to pay in but sort codes starting 05 or 82 only 14 days

Not sure what's being suggested here - they've historically struggled with integration of their constituent predecessors, but are you saying that someone opening a new account can choose between two different sort code variants or that VM choose this to the detriment of some customers (they're currently promoting 30 days)?

Do you have any links supporting this?

I think it just relates to what platform the account was opened on. I opened the current offer (4.16) and it is 30days, I have since seen that the system forces you (I think) to go via 08 codes, creating a new log in if necessary

That linked wording relates to two different products - I don't know if the Exclusive one is still available but would assume that its summary box would reflect the 14 day window, whereas the currently published product is 30.
