So start of Jan to Mid March is flat and start of August to Mid Oct also flat. Seems kind-of obvious, although it could be just as obvious in a bad year all the ups could be downs. Is that chart over a specific year or some averages over lots?
I think my point being all those that had a good reason an imminent up or down is coming got in or out 3 weeks before you even had an feeling and by then it's 2 weeks to late. As well as 'their' ideas might have come to nothing.1 -
