ebay car auction stopped and im suspended. why?

ebay car auction stopped and im suspended. why?ive done nothing wrong as far as i can see.
has this happened to anyone else?

ive tried it on my account with other things listed and i was suspended (thought it was because i kept emailing staff because there response time was sooo slow) so i then put the car on my boyfriends account.

both accounts are suspended and apart from -

"your account was acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies"

ive had no reason why.

very unhappy as was going to have a heavy ebay week and got all geared up : (

any help / suggestions / comments are greatfully received!

thanks, Gem

Did you say 'This car is for sale elsewhere'?

If the two accounts have similar details (ie address) then you've stuffed up both accounts.

nope. its was only for sale on ebay. all the info was spot on, its not stolen and the listing was paid for immediately. i just don't get it.

both accounts have different address and contact details but im still hopeful of getting both back up and running in the end. it's just so frustrating not knowing why

Trying to read into that message... is that really all you have to go on?
It sounds like the kind of thing they'd say if they thought there was shilling going on.

You are prohibited from using eBay in any way. This includes using another existing account or registering a new account."

    and

"Your listings were ended for the following

How's your feedback? I've seen a few sellers suspended when their feedback dropped below a certain level:confused: . I think it was about 97% or something.

Other than that I've no idea, sorry. Someone on the ebay community forum might have a better idea.
