If you apply to set it aside it will cost you £313. Was that claim (and the others that caused a CCJ) posted to the right address? Or to an old address?

If I pay the 313 and it is set aside does that take it from being satisfied to not being on my account at all? How do I stand with them when setting aside, are they normally in favour of setting aside with dcblegal? Correct adddress

If these claims arrived at the right address why were they not defended? The correct address means you are unlikely to get the CCJ set aside if you saw the claims and ignored them.

Coupon-mad wont provide links to announcements ( neither will I   ) , so go to

Top of the forum, in announcements,  click on the thread,  read post 1 , then adapt the defence template in post 2

I never do links to announcement threads because they are pinned at the top of the forum on page one and if we just provide a link, newbies just stay on their own thread and never know how to navigate the easy (but hugely informative) forum.

Newbies then tend to miss out on all sorts of useful threads and struggle with what to do or where to look to research or for next steps.

Hopping around a forum is very simple. Like turning the pages of a book.

You have two breadcrumb trail links to page one, on every page:
