Multiple DCBLegal claims & CCJ

Hi have been reading on the threads but abit confused as I’m not sure where to start as these letters have been on going for a while 

I go to the gym in the morning, there is a free car park with some bays that are for another business with signage saying permits needed to park in allocated spaces
i was parking in these spaces before the business were open etc 

stupidly I just ignored all of my fines (maybe around 10) as I thought it would go away 🫠
now I have 3x CCJ from DCBL & DCBLegal, I have paid 2 of them and 1 of them was a day late so is now on my record

i still have outstanding fines from dcb of around a couples of thousand

has anyone got any advice on where to start? I have a letter of claim also which I assume is turning into another ccj
have offered them monthly instalments on the phone but they want too much per month saying they can only do a 6 month term, are they allowed to d this?
I will pay someone to sort this out for me 😂

What you are asking is beyond the scope of volunteers giving up their free time on a parking forum , you appear to have multiple Legal problems,  only the mechanism was parking,  the rest is either self inflicted or Legal 

Bankruptcy may be an option here,  or something similar   ?

Perhaps speak to Contestor Legal about it   ?

Right you don't need legal advice for this or need to pay anyone 
First of all how much do you owe in total regarding the ccj thats to late to he dealt with 
If you have a claim form or letter before claim for the newer ones that can be dealt with 
We need to know exactly what you have

i have a letter before claim and a few before that just stating 170 each needs to be paid per fine.

But you said you had CCJs.

Because they turnt into actual ccjs and I !!!!!! myself and now I have one on my report 🫠

That's what we are trying to understand.

So AIUI, you had CCJs but you paid one too late to wipe it.

And now you also have a LBC.

Hi yes paid 2 actually
These are what I have
multioule of the dcbl, they add up to around £1000
eveey time I phone them they tell me a different price / how many are outstanding 
just added a zpzz for reference too 
it is a private road by the way (Images removed by Forum Team) ded a zpzz one for reference too

There's a name left showing on both DCBL images and a PCN reference on the second one.

chirpy I only phoned to work out how many I had / total amount

what do you reccomend I do next as I’m abit worried it’s going to go into ccjs again unless I take action

should of done it months ago but thought I was clever ignoring them lol
