I submitted the template form to query the charge and got this reply same day, what is my next move here?

OMG they get worse and this is because the Joint Code's IPC-led tweaked wording blocks registered keepers from appealing (on the one hand) ... but lets their members sue registered keepers on the other!
You could not make this up. But they have.
Steve Clark (when he was at the BPA) would have come down on this conduct like a ton of bricks.
