And there are three CRAs, so perhaps register with the third?
They, like MSE, have done a deal with a CRA which gives them access to your CRA record which they then display to you. MSE is short term access, last time I checked, whereas Clearscore is long term access but you will get lots of emails about loans and credit cards they say you are likely to be legible for which is how they generate their revenue as a credit broker.
I did start the sign-up process for MSE's Credit Club, but they ask for your address history, too.0 -
Whenever I've done addresses they seem to be accepting of a vague date - I moved into my other half's house after travelling post uni and I always put my data as, say November 2010, if pressed I put 1st of the month. I work on when I went on the electoral register
Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
