Vodafone Mobile not providing bill

Have an ongoing issue with Vodafone since switching in, their online billing service does not show my bills (hasnt done for many months now).

Been through extenuating customer service remediation with them to no avail.
They offered early termination of contract no fees following deadlock complaints.

OFCOM won't investigate individual complaints -so if anyone else has this issue please message me so we can class action.

And they are not signed up with the communications ombudsman -so no investigative powers there!!

Cisas investigation was weak at best, awarded in my favour and highlighted some interesting holes in consumer rights;

'I find that CISAS Rule 5.4 at NB. states that I am only able to direct remedies that affect and/or apply to the customer. Further, I am unable to direct the company to take action that affects its commercial practices and/or commercial decisions. I am unable, therefore, to award the remedy claimed.'

'I find that the terms and conditions (referred to in paragraph 3.) mean that the company is
not liable when it is unable to provide a fault-free service. I find that there is no evidence
that the customer was unable to use the core services provided by the company. I find,
therefore, that the customer has not justified the refund sought.'

'The customer also claims £x for the time she has spent trying to resolve this issue
and stress she has suffered as a consequence. The amount claimed is calculated by
reference to the customer’s daily payment rate.'

'I find that the terms and conditions of the contract agreed specify that the company does
not compensate for lost time. In addition, the terms and conditions exclude liability for lost
income or profit.'

'I find, therefore, that I am unable to award compensation on the basis claimed.'

'I am satisfied, however, that the customer has suffered distress and inconvenience as a
consequence of the company’s shortfalls. I find that a measure of compensation is due for
this.'

'It should be noted that the level of general compensation of this kind is not high in
English law. The amounts awarded are reflected in CISAS’s Guide to Compensation for
Inconvenience and Distress, which is available on the CISAS website.'

I was awarded £175 bill credit & an apology.

Which vodafone did not issue until non-compliance was flagged to CISAS.

Next steps looks like breach of contract...
