Thanks for the reply, it’s good to see the judges wising up and throwing this stuff out, hopefully, it must waste so much of there time!
Your right it’s my wife that is free ha but it’s been hanging over us for a while now and always a worry at the back of your mind whether she looses and we end up paying anyway.
I’ll update the thread heading as well, thanks.

Ok great thanks, let’s hope the list continues to grow and these parking company sharks get nothing!

She definitely cannot lose if DCB LEGAL fail to follow the court orders, plus fail to pay the hearing fee to that court
No pay, no hearing, nothing to pay , even if they did file a new POC
And
If you look at the back of the claim form I bet that a female with the initials S.E. signed it, but she has no legal standing to conduct legal proceedings, so a 3rd stumbling block for them to overcome

i seem to recall a Spring Parking case where they did send a rep to the hearing so we will hold our breath to see if they press on or give up with this one!
I've removed your name in the Order.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
