I listen to BBC Radio 2 via Freeview TV and sometimes you get the current artiste/song, but often the info isn't updated or runs slow. Sometimes just the station logo is displayed throughout the particular music programme, so a BBC problem not the radio


PS "Rambler Classic" is a rather odd name to bestow on a radio as the Rambler Classic was a mediocre 1960s American car

No disrespect but please give such answers when you've properly read the details in full; I listen to radio on a radio, not Freeview TV.

Did you read the issue as I described? Occurring on this radio only?

Did you read the reply copied and pasted - in full - from Roberts tech support saying this is 'normal' for this radio? It might be 'normal' for this particular radio but not any other.

Apologies, I didn't mean to diminish your experience, more that it's extremely unlikely that you'll have an issue returning it.

If they don't say they will pay for postage (they should give you an option to take a qr code to a post office to get the label printed), then (with our help if needed) get in touch with their customer service to complain a little.

No worries, and I didn't take it that way either.
