Unfair Parking Charge

Hello,
Went on holiday a couple of weeks ago and the other day I got a letter for a parking charge.
The Letter was sent from I PARK SERVICES LTD. I used one of there car parks whilst away. They sent a picture of my car coming in and out of the car park. Coming in at 3:07pm and leaving at 5:18pm. When it was my turned at the machine to pay and obtain my ticket, the ticket said valid till 5:18pm. We joked that we had a minute to spare when we set off. If my ticket states 5:18pm then they shouldn't be saying my arrival is 3:07pm so you've paid for 2hrs that means your ticket is valid till 5:07pm, but will give you a ticket that says 5:18pm. Unfortunately I don't have the ticket but, won't they have the information from the machine which will tell them what my valid time was.
TIA

So onsite for 131 minutes, presumably the payment was for 120 minutes, with a minimum of 10 minutes grace period to leave
Does that NTK PCN letter comply with Pofa2012 ? Or not ?1 -
Same answer as this one tonight:

Certainly never pay it but that's a given.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
