Tembo ISA interest rate reduction

It's been six weeks since I requested my ISA transfer. Charter tell me they have written to tembo twice. Tembo today tell me they have not received anything. It's as if nothing has happened and I am still at square one.0

Quick question - logging into my Tembo ISA account, it states 3.8% AER.
The last communication I can find from them on interest rate changes was last August about it changing to 4.1% on 18th August.
Did I miss something?

Bank Rate history and data | Bank of England Database
BoE voted to reduce Bank Rate by 0.25 percentage points, to 3.75% in December. Banks and saving providers would have adjusted.
