Letter Before Claim Moor side Legal

Hi all
Please can I have advise on how to respond to this letter from Moorside Legal. It also doesn't have a date to respond by, a breakdown of costs or threat inflicted a CCJ which I have seen on other Letters Before Claims.
PCN incurred a few years ago for parking in a car park owned by a fast food franchise for patrons only. It was exactly opposite a soft play so I mistakenly thought I had parked in the right place. I did not see a sign and was in a rush as one of my toddlers needed the toilet. As soon as we went into the soft play, the lady at reception had seen me park there and advised I should move the car to avoid a ticket, which I did immediately (once little one had been to the toilet).
I did dispute the charge but they rejected it and I have not responded to any letters since.

See post 2 of the NEWBIES thread for how to reply to a LBC like that.
It won't stop the court claim so you don't have to respond. Could just await the claim where you could either use Contestor Legal's no-win-no-fee strike out service for these claims, or easily defend it using our Template Defence.
Do NOT panic and pay. Do NOT ring them. Now get some revenge on the parking industry. This is your one chance to change the law. This month only, we encourage you and any drivers in your family to be part of the push to change things in future.
it's very important that people like you tell the Government that:
a) motorists have no faith in POPLA or the IAS and that there must be a SINGLE APPEALS SERVICE that people trust. The sector is crying out for an independent and impartial appeals service - not two involved in a race to the bottom - that will give a real option to resolve disputed cases out of court.
b). THE ENRICHMENT OF 'DEBT RECOVERY FEES' MUST BE COMPLETELY BANNED. CASES ARE NOT SOLVED BY DEMANDING MORE MONEY AND OFFERING A 'PAYMENT PLAN' THAT ONLY THE VULNERABLE PAY. DRAS MAKE NO MONEY IF THEY HANDLE DISPUTES IN THE SPIRIT OF THE APPEALS CHARTER, WHICH IS WHY THEY ALWAYS PLOUGH ON TO COURT CLAIMS AND CCJs, RATHER THAN OFFERING REAL RESOLUTION AT PRE-ACTION STAGE. THEY OFFER NOTHING, NO LEGITIMATE OPTION TO KEEP CASES OUT OF COURT.
Responses are invited to the Consultation now:

We will discuss it further in a few days or at the weekend on that thread if you want more focus.
