C2C PCN worried and not sure how to proceed need some advice please

So I have over 20+ parking tickets by these frauds. I always paid for my parking using their partnered app ‘ring go’
ringgo only allows for you to pay for 1 whole day and does not allow you to adjust times and stuff so for close to a year I was paying for a whole day.

Not so long before the year end they started sending me back dated parking tickets for non payment , I sent them all the evidence of me paying etc and then they would make me pay£20 admin fee or it’ll escalate so for a while I was paying etc£20 admin fee but the tickets were coming at like 4/5 per day which I spent a lot of time disputing etc , in the end I kept sending them emails begging them to help me In terms of how many £20’s I owe them for admin fees etc all while more tickets were coming .
Eventually I had a response informing me that the reason I was getting all these tickets was because I had partial payments as the app was not allocating my duration of stay but more paying for one day at the time In which I paid ?
Anyway they said any existing and future tickets coming would be null of void but this was not the case and then trace group started threatening me etc with texts and stuff , I spoke to them sent an email and attached all evidence. They kept threatening me I contacted them 6 weeks later for them to say they have lost the email etc etc. I resent everything over the them last week and now they have pushed all these tickets onto more side who are now threatening to take me to court.  I feel I  have more than enough evidence but I’m upset with how the trace group have treated me and I am fearful of what is going to happen next and I’m not sure what I need to do.
I cannot afford the payments or a ccj and I also cannot afford bailiffs coming to my dad’s door over this .

any advice would be greatly appreciated . Thank you for your time

None of that will happen if you simply follow our advice. No CCJ No bailiffs. No paying.

Same advice as I gave here just half an hour ago on another Moorside thread:

Why would anybody come to your Dad's door?  Are you the registered keeper (RK) or your Dad?  Is the RK's address correct on the V5C and is it your address or your Dad's?

    Good afternoon ,

So just to provide an update and hopefully receive ongoing support from you guys because, I will need it.
Today I received a money claim letter from the courts which I have just now defended via your template and guide through MCOLS and waiting to see what happens next. My other fear is where there are so many tickets backdated by the company. There are probably so many more pending and due to get to this stage. What is recommended for that particular situation. This is extremely stressful and depressing time for me as I'm dead broke cannot afford this and last thing I need is a CCJ court costs etc etc . Continued support is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

In addition to the above when it comes to your own Directions Questionnaire from the CNBC and then complete & email it to the CNBC. Is this something I will receive via email ?
Again thank you for continued support.

No, everything ftom the court service (except a mediation email) comes by post.

As and when you get other Claims you will have to defend them all!

    Hey Coupon,

So received the below from Mooreside with a directions questionnaire but I have not received a questionnaire myself yet and cant see anything on MCOL could you kindly advise please ?

We write regarding the above and confirm receipt of your Defence.

You should be aware that we are familiar with these types of defences, which we know are templates produced by internet forums for the use of the public. Such templates usually bear no relevance in matters like this one, and very rarely seek to resolve the dispute, rather they just frustrate the situation and serve to waste the time of the other party.

For that reason, we do not intend to respond substantively to correspondence like this. We note at paragraph 3 you have provide some reasons as to why you dispute the debt, refering to payment via an app. If you have evidence of payment of the PCN's please provide this by return.

If you continue to send correspondence of this type we do not intend to respond as it does not assist with narrowing the dispute and any time spent responding is, in our view, disproportionate to the matter.

    Next Steps

We ask that you respond to our correspondence within 7 days of receipt to properly address the matter or to discuss your intentions regarding settlement. If you do not do so, or you respond with further template correspondence, it is likely that the matter will progress without further warning.

If you continue to send correspondence of the same nature and that is clearly not in your own words, we will consider this to be unreasonable behaviour. We will raise your unreasonable conduct at Court, if a Claim is issued, to submit that you should be liable for our client’s costs.

    Email Service

As you provided this email address when you defended the Claim, we intend to use it to serve documents on you throughout these proceedings and will do so in PDF format. We will assume you agree to this course of action unless you tell us otherwise within 7 days. In accordance with Practice Direction 6A, if there are any limitations to your agreement to accept service by such means, please let us know within 7 days.

Subject to your agreement, we will also agree to accept email service to litigationteam@moorsidelegal.co.uk.

You may wish to seek independent legal advice.

The only steps you need to read and follow are the 8 steps in the template defence thread.

I have read them but in all fairness I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed and do kind of need my hand held through such situations, will I get a questionnaire sent through the post ?
