Need 60 day travel insurance - struggling!

How do you extend? Do you have to call them?

Often it will be by phone for those that offer extension, else go with a provider that already offers 60+ days and then the off the shelf product meets your needs. 

I’ve just gone to the companies you mentioned for online quote - 30 days!!

Which one? Most have multiple levels so like the Virgin Money its only the Gold that has 94 days, the Silver has less

If I do a quote for world wide as a 45 yo there is a drop down with 30, 44 or 61 days to choose from as the trip limit

We are both 70+ with some pre-existing medical conditions.  We have Barclays Travel Pack (requires a Barclays Current Account) and it is easy to buy an extension online, relatively cheaply.  We take a 54-60 day trip each year.
