No just put it in for the LOLs. The IAS is a kangaroo court, not independent and only 5% of adjudications go in favour of consumers, so this is just an exercise to see what happens.

Show us the 'Prima Facie case' the PPC trot out and then the so called adjudication in due course. You never know. And won't be paying.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks for the info. So, while the chances are slim, is it still worth submitting an appeal to the IAS, and risk losing the payment discount if I'm unsuccessful? If my appeal fails, do I have any other options for avoiding the charge, or would I be forced to pay? Just want to be clear on what my choices are at this stage.

LOL! You are either a joker or you haven't yet read the MSE Guide linked at the top of the page. What on earth makes you think people ever have to pay unfair private PCNs?

Thanks for your help @Coupon-mad, I appeal to IAS with little to no hope and they replied CPM have cancelled the PCN.

I wonder if they can increase that shocking 5% figure?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
