Manchester Airport Drop Off fine

My father dropped me at Manchester airport a few weeks ago in my car and did not realise he had to pay parking charges and he cannot use the internet anyway!! On my return from holiday I tried to appeal the fine on line but as my car in a contract hire I could not do this as fine had gone to car dealership. I sent an email…
