Directions questionnaire sent to wrong email

Hi
Looking for some advice for my wife. She had an old PCN going through the claims process, submitted her defence, and sent the directions questionnaire to what she thought was the correct email.
This was roughly 2 months ago, and in checking on MCOL today I see
General sanctions order was made on 06/08/2025
After checking, I can see that it was sent to the wrong email. She got a mail undelivered but for some reason did nothing further about it.
Has she basically lost the case now?

She should email it again to the correct DQ email address ASAP and check for the email auto response in her inbox and spam folders
She should have checked at the time, and followed it up, plus should have checked her MCOL claim history too
Its not IN until it's logged in the case file, which is when the claim history shows it
Its like a bank account payment to her, it's not cleared funds, real spendable money, until the bank has approved the transaction and altered her balance accordingly. The onus is on her to keep ahead of the game1 -
Thanks. She has sent it now and received the email confirmation. I'm still annoyed she got the email bounced and did nothing about it.I'm going to try to call the CNBC and see what the situation is now.1

I should have also added, her defence was received earlier in the year and she can see it on MCOL, so at least one of the responses got through.0

Yep, but different email address
All the email addresses are listed in the defence template thread in post 1 and have been there for around 7 months
Due diligence can save her money in the long run1 -
Just got off the phone with them and they thankfully said the hard deadline hasn't actually passed yet so submitting it today should be fine. Definitely learned the lesson to be more diligent!4

The sanctions order is just a last warning.
It'll be discontinued by Xmas anyway if it is a DCB Legal claim. But she MUST follow all steps and someone (you) can take the Mediation call.
Now, this is your one chance to get some wider revenge on the parking industry. A chance to change the law. This month only. You and your wife - and other drivers in the family - can do separate responses (not word for word copies please).
To be part of the push to change things in future, it's very important that people like you tell the Government that:
a) motorists have no faith in POPLA or the IAS and that there must be a SINGLE APPEALS SERVICE that people trust. The sector is crying out for an independent and impartial appeals service - not two involved in a race to the bottom - that will give a real option to resolve disputed cases out of court.
b). THE ENRICHMENT OF 'DEBT RECOVERY FEES' MUST BE COMPLETELY BANNED. CASES ARE NOT SOLVED BY DEMANDING MORE MONEY AND OFFERING A 'PAYMENT PLAN' THAT ONLY THE VULNERABLE PAY. DRAS MAKE NO MONEY IF THEY HANDLE DISPUTES IN THE SPIRIT OF THE APPEALS CHARTER, WHICH IS WHY THEY ALWAYS PLOUGH ON TO COURT CLAIMS AND CCJs, RATHER THAN OFFERING REAL RESOLUTION AT PRE-ACTION STAGE. THEY OFFER NOTHING, NO LEGITIMATE OPTION TO KEEP CASES OUT OF COURT.
Responses are invited to the Consultation now:

We will discuss it further in a few days or at the weekend on that thread if you want more focus.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
