Nat West 2yr 5.9% ISA maturity options

I've got a Nat West 2yr 5.9% ISA due to mature on 4th Sept.
They say I'll get a letter with maturity options a couple of weeks before that.

Anyone got their letter yet and prepared to share the offering?
Trying to decide if I open a new ISA elsewhere now and set up transfer on maturity or hope Nat West offer something decent!

Have same account with RBS. Received an email on 6th August advising account maturing 4th September.  RBS saying account number staying the same and 'converted' to Instant Access ISA.  Per RBS website this account earns 2.7% for balances over £25k!  So can see a mass exodus from RBS/NatWest.

FWIW OH has similar account and not received any email/letter re maturity at present.

Looks like you won't be offered any good maturity options, just the same fixed term ISA that new customers can apply for. Currently 3.85% for 1 year, 3.75% for two years. Can get better elsewhere.
