Lebara Double Charging on MSE Deal.

I purcahsed the MSE special 5GB bundle in June for £1.15 for 7 months then £4.90 there after.
Twice now, Lebara have double charged my Paypal account and I have had to complain.
The first time I got a simple refund, but this second time today, I also asked for compensation as well as the normal refund and they have given me 5gb extra (no value to me) and also refunded both charges, not just the double charge.
We shall see if i keep with them for month 3.
