None of the things you listed are your personal data so they wouldn't show up on a SAR.
Why aren't you using the Template Defence, top of the forum, as suggested?

You miss out on seeing the forum resources if you don't see the forum page one.
And you already have two 'breadcrumb trail' links back to page one, on this page. It's exactly like when you do online shopping and want to hop to the home page or back a step.
