π Happy Days in our Golden Years π

I just asked AI what fruit Zombies like and it told me -
'Zombies do not like real fruit because they only want to eat brains.' πππ
Dreams are so odd but I do think it's the subconscious trying to tell us about/or deal with something. I'm wondering now if my barn dream was prompted by my neighbour putting up a new barn - huge, a very bright, acid version of Juniper Green and without planning permission. Someone dobbed them in (not us because we can hardly see it from our property) and they had to apply for retrospective planning permission (which they got).
Maybe DH's dream comes from a fear of losing resources or having them stolen from him by the tax man, redundancy, loss of hours? I actually have a Dictionary of Dreams that I picked up in a charity shop many, many moons ago. Surprisingly fruit stealing zombies are not mentioned in it π But to dream of leaves 'denotes happiness and wonderful improvement in your business' so perhaps get LG to pick out some lottery numbers this week π€

How interesting! Lychees look a bit like brainsβ¦.. but we don't grow them eitherβ¦.. π€£ Bother, LG should have got the euro millions ticket for last night - as wasn't the Β£111m winner a UK resident? I can categorically confirm it wasn't us. Too busy singing/sleeping through 80's nostalgia π€£ I wouldn't be surprised about DH having underlying fears about work/losing resources. Poor management and every Tom, Richard and Sally dipping into our family purse at the mo is getting to him.

I don't drink but occasionally Mr VH reports that I just start swearing in my sleep. Always in a particular pattern too π I rarely remember my dreams so we're not sure what I'm "seeing" to cause such a reaction, but clearly it could be apocalyptic in nature π€£

Maybe the Zombies are getting to you too VH π Maybe they've invaded our collective consciousness π± That'll put pay to any sleep I was hoping to get tonight π

Casting Aspersions
Well I may have been wrong about the cherry rum and cola giving me bad dreams. As the day wore on it became increasingly evident that I had picked up a bug π€§ and I think it's more likely that was responsible for my disturbed sleep. This is the worst timing π
Mr F will be going out to lunch without me today. One of our friends is recovering from surgery so I daren't chance giving them a lurgy. Also the Court Hearing is imminent. I'm so pleased I got my prep done well in advance and I'm just hoping I'll be sufficiently recovered on the day.
I managed to cook a decent lunch and supper for us - although a little repetitive. Lunch was Bao Buns with
without the dill because I didn't have any. The Bao Buns were from the freezer for ease and speed and another veg patch mini cucumber got used up. Then we had Fried Gnocchi with Peas, Mint, Feta & Chilli for supper. So a doubling up of feta but at least it used up the rest of the block and was a quick and easy meal.
The PAD total in my personal account reached Β£25 so I bought some PrΒ£mium B0nd$ with that. I also ordered the wine using a Β£10 CP voucher, 6% cashback through TCB and free delivery - so our indulgences cost Β£26 less this time. Debt and mortage free now and I'm still putting my MS learning into practice π
I had my luxury afternoon bath/pedicure/manicure and was glad that I made the decision to buy extra nodes as my bathtime viewing was very staccato. They've arrived now and Mr F has installed them and there's a definite improvement.
I don't feel too bad at the moment but I'm not taking any chances - a day in bed, a diet of vitamins and lots of nanna naps are called for.
Enjoy your Sunday everyone.

Can I ask a question - it's a daft one - I was under the impression that you had to buy PB's in Β£100 blocks. Is that not so?

A Β£25 block is the minimum spend. Dafter to not ask a question at all than ask a daft one π

Hope you feel better soon Fortune! DS coughed in my face last weekend and I'm still waiting for the germs to make their move.
