How can I find out which providers offer new ISA's funded solely by my APS?

    Google?  Asking the individual institutions you are considering?  NS&I do it.

    Likely it's an idea to use the NS&I to do this as all money is protected... then transfer to other, preferred ISA providers, once the APS is used up.  As NS&I allows for partial transfers out.  May not get the best rates initially but possibly less work involved.

    Won't the OP have six months of Temporary High Balance protection under FSCS? So no benefit from using NS&I.

    Dunno.  Will they? Google will find out for you, no doubt.

    NS&I allow multiple deposits for a specified time AND partial transfers out.  Not all providers do.  Seemed, to me, a simple one stop shop for the short term while OP is sorting out the multiple other things going on after bereavement.
