    OK, so it costs them (cpm) if I appeal? I may aswel do it then!

    Saved yourself some time then. Wait for the county court claim, which is the proper route to getting it cancelled.

    So I've recieved the 'Letter of Claim' from BW Legal, am I right in saying that all I need to do is reply via email as per the newbies post.
