Hi, I have emailed Kia Finance with Martin's complaint template twice regarding the DCA commission yet had no response- not even an acknowledgement. Does my initial emails still count as a complaint in regards to any redress (if there is any)? Should I do anything more or just wait and see?

Should I do anything more or just wait and see?The complaints process is suspended and has been for a couple of years, pending the FCA report. Firms will start acting after that (some point in 2026 is expected).
Keep copies of your email (so they dont auto delete) and wait.
