LHV Bank app confusion

The link on Moneyfacts goes to the LHV UK website which has a link to the UK app in the app store. You chose to go off on your own and got it wrong. If I look for LHV in the app store I get both LHV, AS LHV Pank and LHV Bank, LHV Bank Limited. No one is forced to use apps but the new challenger banks use modern methods.0

Also there is no contact phone number and no one to talk to. Not happy with this been a "trust me" automated bank account.
Stick to Web based savings providers perhaps, or at least those who can provide a direct google play link to their app?3 -

Blazarix is a red herring. Step away from the computer. This is not for you. I would revert to your previous opinion and stop using apps. You're not being forced. I think you'd be happier and less confused.
Or crack on if you're getting a kick out of this, it'll fill a morning.3 -

Moneyfacts are simply listing accounts which are provided by appropriately licensed and authorised companies. They are not responsible for your satisfaction with the accounts you choose. FWIW, I am a happy LHV UK customer, and there is no scam involved.1 -
No one is forcing you to use any app.
If something is not to your liking, do not use it. Look elsewhere.3
