LHV Bank app confusion
Comments

The link on Moneyfacts goes to the LHV UK website which has a link to the UK app in the app store. You chose to go off on your own and got it wrong. If I look for LHV in the app store I get both LHV, AS LHV Pank and LHV Bank, LHV Bank Limited. No one is forced to use apps but the new challenger banks use modern methods.0

It wants me to pay money to blazarix.com which is definatly not a bank. 0 -
Seems to me app based accounts don't appear to be your thing, and unlike the respondents to your post you have difficulty navigating the app ecosphere to determine the correct service provider.PaulDesmond said:Thats just it. There is no link to theire app only to google play and you have to dig through them to find what YOU BELEIVE is the right one.
Also there is no contact phone number and no one to talk to. Not happy with this been a "trust me" automated bank account.
Stick to Web based savings providers perhaps, or at least those who can provide a direct google play link to their app?3 -
Who does? How did you find your way to that site?PaulDesmond said:It wants me to pay money to blazarix.com which is definatly not a bank.0 -
Yes, if you're still having problems I would suggest Vanquis as my previous post mentioned which allows you to open the account online without an appposeidon1 said:

Blazarix is a red herring. Step away from the computer. This is not for you. I would revert to your previous opinion and stop using apps. You're not being forced. I think you'd be happier and less confused.
Or crack on if you're getting a kick out of this, it'll fill a morning.3 -
Yes please do not send anything to Blazarix. With everything you've said so far, I suggest you now avoid opening an account with LHVkempiejon said:Blazarix is a red herring. Moneyfacts are simply listing accounts which are provided by appropriately licensed and authorised companies. They are not responsible for your satisfaction with the accounts you choose. FWIW, I am a happy LHV UK customer, and there is no scam involved.1 -
No one is forcing you to use any app.
If something is not to your liking, do not use it. Look elsewhere.3
