Annual Interest on Flexible ISA

I'm looking to take out a flexible ISA, with £20,000 of savings. I might not have the money in the ISA for the full year. If the interest is paid annually, will I get interest on the money that was in the account for the period of the year that it was there?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Yes, unless the product has any unusual terms, interest will be calculated based on the balance each day.1

Thanks - that's been very helpful.0
