Hi all,
Have been searching the forum & Newbie thread. Just thought I'd add this as a recent Moorside LBC letter, on reading the previous comments, as an FYI. They're trying to do my mate when he collected me from behind Leeds Railway Station, so a "No Stopping" situation.
The letter states "an unpaid invoice" rather than parking charge and does state "within 30 days we will issue a County Court Claim"
I shall be emailing them with a post 2 response & my own thread if I feel it warrants it.
Many thanks for all the great advice, it's appreciated!

Hi Both.Coupon-mad said:Yep that's the false one.
When you mention false/not a letter of claim, what qualifies it as that given the title and the 30 days to pay are there and that was the usual perceived wisdom that such a letter was an LBC in previous cases (regardless of how vague and unparticularised the example above is)?
Just trying to understand given personal ongoing contact with Moorside and having received the same letter to which a robust response has already been given (personally I'm happy to do this to show good faith against their absolute incompetence which I have helpfully highlighted in the letter to them).0 -
