How much did PEye add at LBC stage to enhance the PCN? £25 or £30? You need to mention that in your WS because even if you lose at the hearing, that sum is not specified on the signs, so search the forum for:

Just a quick update  - the clowns have discontinued. They emailed today to say they were no longer pursuing the case and have informed the court. Not pleased that these 'cowboy' parking entities are allowed to operate the way they do. The whole saga has been draining. I’ve spent hours preparing court papers, pulling together evidence, and even making trips to the post office, all for something that should never have reached this stage in the first place. They put ordinary people through unnecessary stress, only to pull out at the last minute once it becomes clear you’re not an easy target.

I've written some guidance to help focus new posters on the issues. I've covered almost every question, providing ideas if you agree with our stance on things like DRFs, which we say must be banned.

Ordinary people like you are falling victim to this scam over 18 million times per annum. Motorists need your voice added please.

I have completed it. I am keen to see a change in the law in this area. It is criminal that these so-called private parking companies are allowed to harass and intimidate innocent motorists. I have written to my MP about this as well.
