I enquired with slater and Gordon about the car PCP scandal. I have 3 texts from them asking for me to complete the process to instruct them, but I never completed this. I have received no communication from them until this weekend when they are contacting me with an update on the fact I have instructed them to deal with the PCP redress scheme on my behalf (which I haven’t)
has anyone else had this problem and what do i do?!

Respond to them stating that you never contracted with them and ask them to stop contacting you.
