The Elderly and the disabled. who are to frail or to disabled, to go instore.
Are all disabled people elderly? thats a sweeping generalisation.
I didn't say all disabled people are elderly, I said the Elderly and the disabled. I separated the two.
Absolute rubbish, are you claiming the elderly dont go into supermarkets?

I can select my local superstore for a delivery (1 mile away) but they have no vans or pickers at that store and it comes from a distribution center Tesco have thats about 4 or 5 miles away even though there are several Tesco stores in the area. Not all stores have the means to pick and deliver goods to you and it is neither cost effective for them to do so. If you live in a built up area you will more than likely find it is not coming from a store at all.

Or those who live in a rural area and don’t drive and there’s no local bus.

So when I spoke to Tesco about this, they came with the same BS, it might have been a instore exclusive only, but no where on the sticker or the price label say instore offer only, it just says club card price. maybe Tesco need to make it more clear, as to when it is a instore offer only, or online and instore.
They stated the price they would charge you in that location, which is perfectly clear to make a purchase. They aren't saying it'll be the same everywhere and anytime, nor do they have to list out all the situations the price may vary - eg £x.xx in tesco extra and tesco metro stores in the uk, not including xyz countries or motorways or airports or central london or online or if you buy after abc date..

The label being in a certain physical store has a context, which means its valid in that location on that date. That's all.
