Company Car Lease and motability leases

Options
Company vehicle leases and motability lease vehicles are negotiated through the respective company direct with manufacturer dealers and third parties such as Arval. Is there any way to know if you as the end consumer incurred unnecessary additional fees due to the finance miss selling?

I work for a company that use Arval and they have been involved in the PCP miss selling but as I have a company lease not a personal lease deal I expect the miss selling cuts across all parts of the business. I have heard nothing from my company regarding this but will be pursuing it with them. I was hoping there may be someone with some insight of the scope of the miss selling who may have advice.

What finance misselling are you referring to when it comes to leases?

    You are wrong.

As you are mistaken, you don't pursue anything.

You would have to talk to Motability as their business model is different from normal lease companies. They only supply vehicles to people on benefits.
