Hi all
Wondering if anyone had any advice for a parking charge I received from Civil Enforcement for parking in Balmaha car park in Scotland please?
I appealed and they rejected it, so I was wondering if it was worth putting in an appeal to Popla?
Unfortunately I have left it late as the appeal was rejected on 04.07.25 so the 28th day is tomorrow.
Thank you in advance for any advice you can offer

Scotland = ignore (but this will change in 2026 for new PCNs, once the Government gets a code of practice in).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Parking was paid for, but for some reason the pay machine only accepted cash up to £4.00 so this was what was put in (tried to out in more cash but it wouldn't accept it).
It was a car park that you are allowed to park in overnight (think it was £5 or £6 for overnight). The £4.00 gave parking from 11.19pm to 1.19am and as I went to sleep and didn't wake up at 1.00am to try and put in more money, they gave me a ticket1 -
