Well do you sign up with them? Sounds very much like a scam

It will be KYC/Anti-Money Laundering requirements that apply to solicitors as well as banks.aramstone39 said:Was emailed twice by CR Solicitors asking to upload proof of address and id is this genuine or should I avoid or are they handling my claim
The fact you dont know them is the concern not the fact that solicitors are asking for details. For this reason I would be speaking to them before uploading anything.0 -
You need to give more information as we don't even know if you are dealing with them or what you are dealing with them about as it is very vague.
If you are dealing with them, call them and ask if they sent the email.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Quick Grabbit, Freebies, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning and the UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.

Same, signed up with Mr Car Claim to check previous car loans, then started getting emails from CR Solicitors for proof of ID, Address etc.. reluctant to do this as I have never approached CR Solicitors.0

Well - if you signed up for a legal claim then they need a few more details to proceed.
Is this in relation to commission on loans ?
read the t an c and what you signed up for and if you can extract yourself from these companies
Car Claim will just be a “facilitator” and after a cut
CR will be the people doing the “work”0
